With a strong presence across international markets, this organization develops cutting-edge solutions that support renewable energy generation, grid stability, and the growing demand for energy storage.
As the Italian energy market continues to evolve, they are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across their Solar PV and ESS business in Italy.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the sales strategy for utility-scale, commercial and industrial Solar PV and energy storage projects across Italy
Building and managing a strong pipeline of PV and ESS opportunities from prospecting through to contract negotiations
Acting as the key technical and commercial contact for customers, partners and stakeholders
Delivering engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations
Collaborating with engineering and project teams to develop tailored energy storage solutions
Monitoring market developments, regulations, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
What we're looking for:
Experience in technical sales or business development within Solar PV, energy storage, renewable energy, power electronics, or a related sector
Strong understanding of Solar PV or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and their applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills
An established network within the Italian energy market (developers, EPCs, utilities, or C&I customers)
Fluent Italian (C1+) and willingness to travel to customers within Italy.
