Construction Material Controller

Position requires availability to perform onsite all the activities.

Mission  He reports to the Site Control Manager. He is responsible for material management  collects all the documents and certification covering the arrival of materials at site and provides for recording of their movements. He supplies the Site Control Manager with elements enabling the feasibility analysis of the construction programs.
Activity and Main Responsibilities   Implementing, supervising and maintaining the Material Management Systems, Facilities and Activities, as well as the MATERIALS/SPARE PARTS Management master documentation file;
Supervising the checking of MATERIALS and SPARE PARTS upon their arrival at site,
Identifying and managing any shortage, over delivery and damage and issuing the relevant OSD Report;
Supervising the correct inventory of the MATERIALS and SPARE PARTS received;
Collecting and organizing the filing of PIPING MATERIALS and SPARE PARTS certificates;
Taking all necessary measures and precautions to guarantee the traceability of MATERIALS and SPARE PARTS;
Collecting certificates of materials and registering them in an electronic manner in order to have a prompt availability of each certificate;
Physical distribution and arrangement of the MATERIALS and SPARE PARTS in the storage facilities;
Receipt, storing and hand-over of received material, spare parts and specific tools;
Material issuance to the final user;
Managing of Material Preservation.
