Experteer Overview As a Tunnel Engineer in Arup's Milan office, you shape complex tunnel design within a multidisciplinary team for global infrastructure projects. You will take ownership of design packages and collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Collaborate with clients and professionals with limited supervision

Coordinate work with engineers from other disciplines

Produce project-related correspondence and reports

Provide design calculations and support preparation and review of deliverables

ResponsabilitàBEng in Civil Engineering or BSc in Geological Sciences with MSc in Engineering Geology/Geotechnical Engineering/Soil Mechanics or Structural Engineering Working knowledge of industry-standard software for tunnelling, geotechnical and structural design

Up to 5 years of geotechnical and tunnelling design experience in a consultancy environment

Strong engineering skills and knowledge

Proven ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges

Publication in journals and conferences encouraged
