Product Assurance Manager; M​/F

Position: PRODUCT ASSURANCE MANAGER (M/F)
Experteer Overview Lead Product Assurance activities for the project by guiding the PA team and ensuring hardware and software meet contractual and company requirements for Safety, Reliability, Maintainability and Quality. Conduct audits of development and operations to ensure compliance, and coordinate with the Program Manager. Interface with the customer on PA matters and lead quality reviews. Define the PA framework at project level and manage PA of subcontractors.

Manage PA activities for subcontractors/suppliers

Produce periodic PA activity reports

Define and implement PA requirements starting from customer requirements

ResponsabilitàMaster in Aerospace/Aeronautics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years in space industry as PA Manager or similar roles in space systems for ESA/ASI programs

Experience in cleanliness/contamination control

Experience in EEE management

Fluent in English;
Italian advantageous

Strong leadership and communication skills

Willingness to work in international teams and meet tight schedules
