We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support a major greenfield pharmaceutical project in Italy. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a business during a critical growth phase and play a leading role in the successful planning and delivery of a new manufacturing / production facility from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the integrated master schedule for a greenfield pharma project
Build project timelines covering design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation phases
Track progress against milestones, critical path, risks, and resource plans
Coordinate with project management, engineering, contractors, procurement, and validation teams
Produce regular schedule updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership
Identify delays, schedule conflicts, and mitigation strategies
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning activities
Ensure planning standards, governance, and reporting processes are maintained

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Planner / Project Planner on large-scale capital or industrial projects

Experience with in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, EPC, construction, or manufacturing facility projects
Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools
Understanding of project lifecycle delivery from design through commissioning
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent Italian and English required
Eligible to work in Italy
