Position: Denza After - Sales Mobile Service
Experteer Overview  In this role you deliver expert on‑site and remote technical service for premium EVs, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and high‑voltage systems. You collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Technical teams to resolve complex issues, and use diagnostics and data insights to anticipate problems and drive improvements. You engage with customers professionally to uphold premium service standards, while supporting ongoing quality initiatives.

The position is based in Milan with regional travel.

Represent DENZA as a technical expert with professionalism and confidence with customers
Responsabilità   At least 5 years of automotive service experience, preferably in premium or EV brands
Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, and high‑voltage EV systems
Experience as Mobile Service Technician, Workshop Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Technical Specialist is advantageous
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities; familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools
Knowledge of high‑voltage safety procedures and EV architecture
Ability to interpret technical data, failure patterns, and quality reports
Fluent in Italian and English; valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the region
