Experteer Overview In this Senior Project Manager role within Leonardo's Cyber & Security Solutions area, you will lead complex, multinational projects in the Riyadh metro program, coordinating cross‑functional teams across KSA and Italy. You will plan, monitor and report on time, costs, deliverables and risks, ensuring contract alignment and financial performance. You will engage in pre‑sales support and tender activities while maintaining strong customer focus and stakeholder satisfaction.

This position offers exposure to mission‑critical security and industrial automation programs at scale with a global footprint.

Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate multidisciplinary, matrix‑based teams across locations (KSA and Italy)
Plan and monitor schedule, budget, deliverables and risks

Oversee all project activities and prepare progress reports; manage contracts

Manage economic‑financial results (turnover, revenues, costs, margin, collections) and mitigate variances

Maintain customer focus, intimacy and satisfaction

Provide structured reporting to Line of Business project management on activities and economics

Support bidding phases and complex pre‑sales activities in the reference area ResponsabilitàDegree with technical/engineering background

Minimum 10 years' experience managing complex global security projects for critical infrastructures

In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems platforms and industrial automation

Experience in managing mission‑critical communication networks (e.g. Tetra, MCX, LTE/5G, FRMCS)
Knowledge of physical security systems: CCTV, VMS, Public Announcement, Public Information Knowledge of industrial cyber security best practices and related standards

Knowledge of contract management per international standards (FIDIC or similar)
Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Primavera or similar) and Earned Value monitoring

Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems

Preferential: experience with General Contractors/EPCs; change management in complex contracts; knowledge of Riyadh metro area Excellent English, Arabic advantageous;
Italian preferred

Soft skills:

organizational leadership, risk management, communication, cross‑functional collaboration

PMI/PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or equivalent certifications; safety certifications (CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443 Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are favorable
