Experteer Overview In this role you will steer technical coordination for Life Sciences projects in Milan, guiding multiple engineering disciplines and mentoring a team of project engineers. You will interface with clients, lead coordination meetings, and support international project delivery across Europe and beyond. The position offers hybrid work and international mobility, with opportunities to contribute to cutting‑edge pharmaceutical and biotech installations.

You will shape project execution from FEED through EPC phases and potentially support construction on site.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Coordinate the engineering disciplines (process, piping, civil, machinery & packages, electrical, instrumentation) and supervise project engineers
Interface with clients, attend technical coordination and project review meetings, and manage action follow-ups
Collaborate with HSE, procurement, subcontracting, project control, construction and estimating teams as needed by project type
Prepare key project documents (P&IDs, line lists, equipment lists, MRAs) and erections requisitions
Support construction activities as Senior Field Project Engineer when assigned
Oversee cross‑site activities between Milan and Global Execution Center (India) and ensure integration of multidisciplinary workflows
Oversee scheduling, deliverables, and technical quality to meet project timelines
Maintain effective communication across a multi‑discipline team and ensure alignment with project goals
Responsabilità   Degree in mechanical, chemical or energy engineering
Proven experience in life sciences projects
Self‑motivated with proactive communication and mentoring ability
Strong collaboration with multi‑discipline teams
Fluent in English and Italian
Availability to relocate abroad
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage technical depth
