Position: Senior FAE, Field Applications
In this Senior FAE role, you will bridge product development and customer teams to win new business through in-depth design support across RF, high-speed converters, MEMS and space-focused applications. You’ll lead early engagement, proposals, and evaluation stages, acting as the technical advisor across a broad power/space ecosystem. You’ll build trust with strategic customers and internal BU teams, guiding programs from concept to mass production.

This role offers impact across Italy, France, and Spain within Aerospace & Defense and Space markets.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Identify customer needs and growth opportunities

Provide design and specification support to customers and internal BUs

Contribute to definition and development of new products/tools

Lead travel for technical discussions and on-site support with Account Managers

Own issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction through all sales stages

Build and maintain relationships with customers, experts, and engineering management

Maintain ongoing product and system knowledge through training and development

Collaborate with internal BUs and Systems Engineering for customer solutions

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering

>10 years engineering/semiconductor experience

Space applications experience with semiconductors

Experience with High Speed RF, high-speed data converters, and RF clocking

Knowledge of Radar, Communication, Space, and Avionic architectures

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driver license
