Junior Project Engineer

Energy Dome  is a fast-growing company in the energy sector, pioneering the  CO₂ Battery , an innovative long-duration energy storage technology. Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by providing reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective storage solutions.
To support our rapid growth, we are looking for  Junior Project Engineers  to join our dynamic and international team:

We are looking for motivated engineers with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targets
Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality) and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide status and risk reporting
Manage suppliers and ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
Support quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits
Organize project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including site activities when required

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy Engineering
Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering
Ability to read technical drawings and P&
Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solid Works or similar)
Knowledge of engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.)
Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioning
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent English and Fluent Italian

Role location:
This role is located in Milan's office, on site.

Compensation:

Full-time contract. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €30,000 – €40,000 gross/year).
