Qualifications:
BSc in engineering or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
High level of field construction experience, typically gained through a minimum of 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry
Proven experience in the management of office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to manage construction and commissioning personnel covering professional trade and direct sub contractors.
Demonstrates ability to develop long and short term service relationships that are cost Personal attributes:

Demonstrates effective delegation and team development with a focus on productivity and project integration

Able to understand changing trends and developments within Industrial Relations and communicates their impact to the business challenge others to ensure project delivery aligned with the contract organization and Wood policies and procedures
