Un nostro importante cliente finale, prestigiosa multinazionale operante nel settore manufacturing con sede a Lainate (MI) , siamo alla ricerca di un/a Plant Electrical Test Lab Lead da inserire con assunzione diretta all'interno del team Engineering.
La risorsa sarà responsabile del Laboratorio Prove Elettriche di Stabilimento , occupandosi delle attività di test, validazione e supporto tecnico all'engineering nell'ambito di cablaggi elettrici e connettori . Il ruolo richiede una figura autonoma, proattiva e con solide competenze tecniche, in grado di garantire elevati standard qualitativi e supportare lo sviluppo e la certificazione dei prodotti.
Attività:
Execution of electrical, mechanical, environmental, and high-voltage tests for product qualification and validation.
Development of test plans and technical reports in English.
Technical support to Engineering, Production, and Quality departments.
Analysis of non-conformities and root cause investigations.
Internal calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance management of laboratory equipment.
Verification of compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Qualification of products, processes, and special processes.
Management of laboratory activities, including environmental testing and test equipment operation.
Quality Support and Non-Conformity Management
Periodic Audits of Special Processes
Internal Calibration of Laboratory and Production Instruments
Laboratory Equipment Maintenance Management
Industry Standards Management and Procurement
Technical support for engineering activities
Management of Quality calibration database
WEI support with Requalification/ overflow testing
Assembly of test samples and development samples
Management test cable stock and connector parts for testing
Fixture prepartion acc. To standards and incl. Lab View programming
Use of the 3D-printer for simple fixtures and support of R&D regarding printing
Use of crimp and tools for sample preparation
Rubber testing for regular material batch quality check
Minimum Test Qualification
Physical knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical testing
Electrical testing such as insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage and contact resistance
Environmental testing and operation of ovens/ climatic chambers/ salt spray
Vibration testing including prepartion of samples and fixtures
Mechanical testing such as push- / pull forces for contacts, insulators, housings
Chemical media handling testing acc. to standards

RAL max. €60-65.000
