Facility Management Internship

The  Facility Management Intern  will support the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and completing assigned tasks/projects, in accordance with the budget and the deadlines.

Daily activities will focus on:
Managing buildings and services relevant to the company's operations: offices, facilities, canteen, security
Support in defining schedules and procedures for building and facility maintenance
Support in supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of systems: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems, and all aspects of facility maintenance
Support in managing construction sites and sites under construction
Performing administrative tasks (entering RDA data into the management system)
Creating reports for budget and consumption analysis
Drawing with AutoCAD for design

Requirements
Diploma in Surveyor or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering/Architecture
Knowledge of Office and Autocad (mandatory)
Knowledge of the English language and Italian language for non-native speakers (B2 level)
Knowledge of REVIT (preferred)
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
