Responsabilità chiave:
Coordinamento e gestione del design team: Supervisionare e guidare architetti, ingegneri e altri specialisti coinvolti nella fase di progettazione, assicurando un flusso di lavoro efficiente e sinergico.
Gestione delle tempistiche e del budget: Definire e monitorare il cronoprogramma e il budget di progetto, identificando proattivamente potenziali criticità e implementando soluzioni correttive.
Interfaccia con gli stakeholder: Collaborare strettamente con Unicredit, le autorità locali e tutti gli attori coinvolti, garantendo una comunicazione chiara e costante.
Gestione dei rischi: Identificare, valutare e mitigare i rischi legati alla progettazione, proponendo soluzioni efficaci.
