Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un professionista abilitato alla professione di Dottore commercialista che abbia maturato dai 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes.
L'attività svolta sarà la seguente:attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinariestrutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionaliconsulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
Requisiti richiesti:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale
