Treasury Manager

Finatal is partnering with a rapidly growing international technology group, backed by one of the world’s leading private equity investors, to appoint a Treasurer as it continues to scale internationally. Generating over €260m in global revenue, the Group has approximately 1,400 employees and a significant international footprint.

Working closely with the CFO, you’ll take ownership of treasury across a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency organisation. With exposure to investors, lenders and M&A, this is an opportunity to shape financing and liquidity strategy while strengthening the treasury function supporting the Group’s continued growth.

The Role

Lead Group cash management, liquidity forecasting and cash pooling across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage debt facilities, covenant compliance and relationships with international banks and lenders.

Support the CFO and investors on capital structure, refinancing and acquisition financing.

Manage FX and interest rate exposure and support hedging strategy.

Play a key role in M&A, including financing, due diligence and post-deal treasury integration.

Strengthen treasury processes, systems and controls as the Group continues to scale.

Your Background

Typically 5+ years of progressive treasury experience.

Strong experience across liquidity, cash management, debt facilities and covenant management.

Experience with in a PE-backed, leveraged or multinational environment would be advantageous.

M&A, integration or acquisition financing exposure is highly desirable.

Fluent English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
