Family office advisory and succession-planning experience (structuring trusts, intergenerational wealth transfers)
Deep expertise in ESG/impact investing and EU sustainable-finance frameworks (SFDR integration into product offerings)
Proven track record in digital wealth transformation and fintech partnerships (digital onboarding, CRM integration, robo/advisory platforms)
Cross-border tax, estate-planning and trust-structuring knowledge for UHNW clients across key jurisdictions
Established UHNW/intermediary relationship network in Italy/Switzerland/Middle East and bilingual fluency (Italian and English)
Nice to have CFA or EFPA professional certification
Family office advisory experience
Multilingual proficiency (French and/or Arabic)
Experience with digital wealth management platforms
Established HNW/UHNW client network in the Italian or European market
