Mission:
The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.

What will I be doing?

Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.

Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.

Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests

Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night

Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day

Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift

What are we looking for?

Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus

Good knowledge of Opera PMS

Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category

Reliability, problem solving skills.
