Talent Acquisition Manager

"   Lead and execute Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy
Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy
Partner with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
Support employer branding initiatives with the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE
Report directly to the P&O Director International & Global Functions
Work without direct reports
Requirements     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
5 years’ experience in the role within an international context
Proficiency in Italian
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Core Competencies   Demonstrates expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategy, talent acquisition governance, and compliance with local labor laws. Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to enhance hiring effectiveness while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
