Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development.

Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.

Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Director should have:

Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and practices in Italy.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.

Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Completa l'offerta

Competitive annual salary between €70,000 and €75,000.

Meal allowance of €10 per day.

Permanent employment.
