Responsibilities
Analyze current Sales Support activities and processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design and implement automation flows using tools such as Power Automate, with a focus on data processing, reporting and task orchestration.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.
Document processes and provide training/support to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance and control mechanisms within the Sales Support area.
Background
5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Operations Transformation department
Experience in insurance sector projects is a plus.
Hard Skills
Experience in process analysis and automation.
Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI and Excel.
Familiarity with workflow design and data visualization best practices.
Soft Skills
Critical thinking and analytical approach.
Ability to work independently and in unstructured environments.
Consulting mindset: problem‑solving, effective communication, internal client orientation, stress management.
Potential leadership skills for developing a dedicated team.
