Experteer Overview In this role you will support financial services clients with blockchain and digital assets initiatives, helping to design and implement enterprise DLT architectures and integrations. You will work within the Blockchain & Digital Assets Competence Center, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will contribute to full-stack development, project lifecycle management, and documentation, while tracking trends in Web3, DeFi, and tokenization.

The role offers hands‑on technical exposure combined with consulting challenges, enabling you to shape scalable platforms for asset tokenization and custody solutions. You will join a growing team.

Retribuzione / Benefits Define target architectures and roadmaps for blockchain-based platforms (web and server-side).Develop and deliver full-stack components (backend, frontend, integrations).Support IT project lifecycle management in blockchain/DLT contexts from scope to delivery.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.

Prepare technical documentation and tender specifications (RFPs).Monitor Web3, DeFi and asset tokenization trends for practical applications.

Engage in knowledge sharing and applied research within the Competence Center.

Responsabilità1–3 years of IT or technology project experience.

Basic knowledge of blockchain technologies and platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda).Knowledge of smart contracts, consensus, and UTXO concepts.

Familiarity with smart contract development/review (Solidity) and security principles.

Understanding of integration methods with blockchain systems.

Familiarity with CLI tools.

Knowledge of JavaScript/Type Script and Node.js for back-end services.

Experience with REST, RPC, and Web Socket APIs.Ability to work with cross-functional teams including security and infrastructure.

Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies.

Interest in a consulting environment.
