Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and coach a diverse DSA team to achieve customer, company, and team goals, including usage growth and hiring.
Lead by example with AI tooling to deliver C‑level thought leadership discussions.
Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal coverage and balance.
Foster a customer‑obsessed mindset by understanding customer goals and use cases.
Partner with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and FDE to accelerate customer growth.
Escalation risk management and customer risk reduction with the team.
Monitor customer progress and forecast growth for accounts.
Provide input to improve internal processes and customer success offerings.
Promote cross‑functional programs, planning, and documentation.
Hire, train, and develop team members to support roadmap delivery.
Responsabilità10+ years in a customer‑facing role.
Experience leading teams of pre‑ or post‑sale consultants/solutions architects, technical account managers, or customer success engineers.
Experience in Cloud, Data, AI domains.
Experience delivering workloads or data products to production (delivery architect, project manager, Dev Ops, or service/product owner).Knowledge of business issues and big data use cases across industries.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional regional languages advantageous.
Based in Milan or within 1 hour commute.
