Excellent long term contract position for a suitably experienced Senior Project Manager for a Healthcare Transformation Project based in Milan with travel to Benghazi, Libya. You need to be fluent in English & Arabic for this role and the ability to travel to Benghazi for one to two weeks per month Senior IT Project Manager Contract Length: B2 B Contract - 2 years through to June 2028.

Milan on-site 3/4 days per week Travel:
One to Two weeks in Benghazi per month Required Skills Solid experience in managing large and complex IT projects, preferably in Healthcare or enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of traditional and Agile project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Experience in managing international and multi-stakeholder projects. Knowledge of change management methodologies aimed at supporting the adoption of new technologies and processes. Experience in ERP projects (SAP or equivalent), with focus on Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of core enterprise IT infrastructure, including datacenter, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Ability to manage vendors, system integrators, and international technology partners. Availability for international travel between Italy and Libya. Beneficial Skills Experience in the management or implementation of clinical and healthcare applications such as HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, EMR or EHR. PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in hospital modernization programs and digital healthcare transformation initiatives. Experience in international contexts or emerging countries. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management processes. Experience in application convergence and healthcare interoperability projects (HL7, FHIR, DICOM). Languages English (fluent, written and spoken) Arabic (fluent, written and spoken)
