IT Compliance Manager; f​/m​/d

Position: IT Application Compliance Manager 80 - 100% (f/m/d)
Experteer Overview  In this role you will shape and drive the global application compliance roadmap, partnering with IT governance and delivery teams to translate policy into actionable plans. You will coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure consistent ALM adoption and onboarding processes, serving as the main liaison between Business Solution Teams and IT. You’ll manage risks, track milestones, and elevate issues to keep initiatives aligned with governance objectives.

Coordinate application compliance activities across teams
Act as primary interface between Business Solution Teams and IT
Drive ALM adoption and Application Onboarding SOP compliance
Coordinate with Global IT Governance, IRM, Service Now, and delivery teams
Track progress, milestones, and cross‑team dependencies
Identify risks or misalignments and elevate as needed
Responsabilità   Strong ITIL background with expertise in application management, compliance, risk, and control implications
Experience in Global IT Governance, enterprise risk management (IRM), and cross‑functional roadmaps
Solid understanding of Service Now workflows in governance, risk, & compliance
Excellent project, stakeholder, and committee coordination skills
