Digital Technology and Data Specialist - Global Marketing
Bracco is an international group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.
As a Digital Technology and Data Specialist, you will join the Global Digital Transformation Team, part of the Global Marketing Organization  team is driving the end-to-end digitalization of marketing, sales, and customer service processes. Its mission is to deliver value by strengthening people’s capabilities, enhancing technology platforms, and streamlining business processes.
In this role you will shape Bracco’s next generation of digital platforms. Working closely with IT, Global Marketing and Sales, you will harness digital technologies and data to improve user experience and deliver measurable business impact. Acting as a connector between marketing strategy, technology and data, you will leverage advanced analytics and mar‑tech solutions to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
After onboarding you will drive the implementation of digital initiatives, coordinate technical development teams and deliver high‑impact solutions across Bracco’s marketing technology stack—including portals, platforms and proprietary applications. This role is also a key enabler of Bracco’s omnichannel operating model, partnering with Marketing Communications and business stakeholders to ensure seamless digital execution.
To succeed, you will need a strong blend of technical expertise (cloud platforms, system integration, data management), operational marketing knowledge (CRM, marketing automation, omnichannel operations) and analytical skills (data analysis, dashboards, KPIs).
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

Maintain and optimise the marketing automation tech stack, ensuring platforms remain integrated, secure and scalable to support evolving business needs. Provide guidance on upgrades, vendor management.
Act as the technology product owner for Bracco’s global marketing platforms, driving execution and ensuring alignment with business strategy while balancing technical feasibility, compliance and user experience.
Collaborate end‑to‑end with the IT organisation to design, develop, deploy and continuously improve digital solutions.
Collaborate with marketing functions to capture business needs and translate these into technical requirements and full‑stack solutions.
Co‑lead agile sprints, ensuring on‑time delivery of enhancements, optimisations and new features.
Lead evolution of Bracco marketing platforms, including websites and other portals.
Support marketing campaign set‑up and UAT activities, including customer journey implementation.
Act as a bridge between Communications, Marketing and IT for requirement gathering, prioritisation and sprint planning.
Co‑develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance, identify opportunities and enable data‑driven decision‑making leveraging CRM and campaign analytics.
Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of digital marketing compliance processes.

Professional Experience and Knowledge

Up to 5 years of experience in digital transformation or marketing technology, ideally in healthcare, pharma or consulting.
Hands‑on experience with CMS, CRM integration, marketing automation and digital event platforms.
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Marketing Cloud) is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills in analysing data and ability to work with marketing analytics and dashboards.
Structured problem‑solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Understanding of agile frameworks, sprint execution and backlog management.
Positive, collaborative and customer‑oriented mindset to thrive in agile team settings.
Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science preferred.
Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields will be considered if accompanied by strong technical competencies.
