Responsibilities Define and execute business development plans to grow UCC adoption in Italy
Manage UCC vendor relationships and align on growth initiatives and joint GTM activities
Identify, recruit, and develop new partners; support existing ones in UCC capability building
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns
Provide enablement, business planning, and training to partners to accelerate growth
Monitor pipeline, forecast, and sales KPIs aligned with business objectives
Provide market intelligence to strengthen UCC strategies and positioning
Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry, ideally in UCC, networking, or communication solutions
Strong knowledge of the Italian IT channel ecosystem (resellers, system integrators, and service providers)
Previous experience with UCC technologies and vendors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with ability to deliver strategic and operational impact
