Experience with testing (UAT, ORT), deployment, and troubleshooting
Ability to monitor KPIs and analyse operational issues

Hands-on execution capability across onsite and remote tasks
Strong documentation and reporting discipline
Ability to work within structured governance frameworks
Soft Skills
Excellente communication and stakeholder management
Ability to operate in multi-cultural and multi-regional environments
Problem-solving mindset with strong local adaptability
Additional Assets
Previous experience in airport or travel industry environments, ideally Border Management at Airport
Knowledge of local regulatory and operational environments
