Global Sales Project Management

Experteer Overview Join Allfunds as a Project Manager to lead complex Sales-focused initiatives across regions. You will coordinate with Sales, OPS, IT, and Client Services to ensure timely delivery, scoped budgets, and strong stakeholder engagement. The role sits in a dynamic Global team within a leading Wealth tech platform, offering cross-country collaboration and development opportunities. You will help shape multi-regional projects and contribute to transforming the fund distribution landscape.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and manage projects primarily in the Sales area and for Clients Define project scope, capture key requirements, and coordinate activities with stakeholders

Oversee full project lifecycle with budget estimation and analysis

Manage communications with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Client Services)
Provide regular reporting to Top Management (Steer Co, Board Committees)
Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery

Support CAPEX analysis and definition

Monitor and oversee client change requests

ResponsabilitàExperience in project management across cross-functional teams

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

Familiarity with analytical/reporting tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA)
Certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus but not mandatory

Fluent English;
Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
