Position: Experience Designer
Experteer Overview As an Experience Designer at Capgemini Invent in Milan, you will lead end-to-end digital experience design for products and services, aligning user needs with business goals and technical feasibility. You’ll drive research, prototyping, and delivery while shaping design strategies and systems. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure design consistency and contribute to a strong design culture.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead end-to-end design work streams from research to delivery for digital products and services

Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into experience strategies

Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis

Design user journeys, service blueprints, IA, and high-quality UI artefacts in Figma Contribute to design systems governance and ensure consistency across products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business development and promote design culture

ResponsabilitàStrong experience in UX/UI and service design methodologies

Ability to translate insights into digital solutions

Fluent in Italian and English (business level)
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product/experience design

Experience in consultancy, agency, or product environments

Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders through storytelling

Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools
