UX​/UI Designer

We are looking for a Designer to assist us in buildingexceptional web applications.
Your job will help us transform ideas and business requirements into high-qualityproducts, a challenging and rewarding task! You will work with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Who you are    You are a  passionate UX/UI Designer   with experience in designing user interfacesfollowing a process that involves understanding macro-user and business requirements, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and conducting user testing.
You can design UI Key pages and work with Design Systems.
You look forward to collaborating closely with a team of designers, software engineers, and projectmanagers to  challenge and understand product requirements   from a business perspective.
You feel comfortable  talking to clients   to discuss their business needs and turn theminto product requirements.
You are  proactive   and  autonomous   and do not like to bemicro-managed. You love  exploring   new things, and you are able to evaluate the pros andcons of what you have learned.
You have a thing for  good UI  , whether it is in the products you make for a client oran internal tool used by your colleagues. You strive for perfection and know when to make the appropriate trade-offs.
You are  curious   and have a lot of interests (that you want to share with us!), andyou enjoy  sharing   your knowledge and experience with your co-workers.
You speak  Italian   fluently and  English   proficiently.

We assess candidates' technical and non-technical skills, attitudes, and potential to determine how we can support their growth over time, depending on the job requirements.
First contact   If your profile catches our attention, we will schedule a 30-minute phone callwith you. We will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and share our stories.
Technical interview   If you apply for a technical position, such as a developer or designer role, wewill conduct a one-hour interview to assess the necessary hard skills and knowledge.
Behavioral interview   If you have the required hard skills, we will evaluate your soft skills. Weespecially care about aspects such as the ability to collaborate with coworkers, teaching skills,and empathy.
Take-home project   For the final step, we will give you plenty of time to independently complete a 4to 6-hour-long task, small but realistic. We will pay for your effort upon task completion, not itssuccess.
Onboarding   You did it! What's next? During onboarding, you’ll familiarize with the work environment and company culture, and get to know your new colleagues and their roles.
Training & Evaluation   During the initial weeks, we will provide comprehensive training and evaluate yourprogress on both practical and theoretical skills, tools, and methodology.
