Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a E-Catalogue Specialist based in our Milan HQ.Main Activities And Responsibilities Maintain and update master catalogue, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Manage new product publications and launches, coordinating timing and information across all channels

Oversee product information governance, including descriptions, imagery, and metadata standardization

Coordinate on product naming, descriptions, and categorization standards

Manage catalogue updates and seasonal product transitions (new products, discontinuations, seasonal rotations)
Check and validate product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines

Create and maintain master product information for special projects and category-specific requirements

Manage product imagery uploads and organization (photography, stock, product shots)
Coordinate product translations and localization for multi-region deployments with external agencies

Support product launch meetings and seasonal planning sessions

Execute catalogue operations through OMS, PIM, and search platforms

Manage file uploads and data integration across systems

Monitor and maintain data quality across all catalogue systems

Troubleshoot and resolve catalogue-related issues in real-time

Key Requirements & Competencies Bachelor’s degree3+ years experiences in similar role Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good Knowledge of PIMStrong analytical skills

Strong team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships

Fluency in English
