What you will accomplish
Trading & Campaign Planning

Manage the FRIT trading and coupon campaign calendar, aligning with global and regional priorities, seasonality, and local opportunities.
Develop clear campaign briefs that translate commercial and category objectives into hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics.
Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to secure inputs, approvals, and alignment on the trading plan.

Onsite Merchandising & Execution

Configure, QA, and launch coupon and promotional campaigns, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to policies.
Coordinate with central product/ops teams on configuration changes, experiment set‑up, troubleshooting, and standard process implementation.

Data, Insights & Optimization

Monitor daily and weekly trading performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, conversion, GMV, and coupon utilization.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to provide visibility on trading performance and campaign return on investment.
Conduct A/B tests and structured experiments to optimize mechanics, targeting, creatives, and placements.
Convert insights into practical suggestions for local and central partners.

Governance & Collaboration

Forecast and ensure compliance with budget and Finance guidelines for all campaigns.
Document and share post‑mortems, playbooks, and standard processes to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring

Proven experience (+5 years) in e‑commerce trading, category management, finance, analytics, or similar data‑driven roles.
Strong analytical skills; adept at working with data, building performance views, and turning insights into actions.
Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, capable of synthesizing complex insights into clear, actionable narratives.
Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Italian;
French is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with analytics/BI tools (e.g., advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar a plus).

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in a commercial context.
Familiarity with couponing, promotions, and pricing mechanics in e‑commerce.
Experience working in an online marketplace with a solid understanding of the Italian and broader European e‑commerce landscape.

Additional Details
Base pay range: 42,800 EUR - 59,000 EUR.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to insurance coverage (including medical) and other benefits (including retirement plan eligibility and paid time off benefits, such as PTO, wellbeing and parental leave).
