Senior Consultant – Business Resilience & Digital Risk m​/f

Experteer Overview  In this role, you join the Risk Consulting Practice in Milan to shape the Business Resilience & Digital Risk offering. You will define strategies and roadmaps across cyber security and business continuity, and lead risk assessment, quantification, and BCM initiatives for industrial and financial clients. You will develop dashboards and innovative tools to support executive decision-making and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks for Cyber Security and Business Resilience using frameworks like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CER Directive
Conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification using data analysis tools (e.g., Power Query) and reporting (Power BI)
Assess and implement Business Continuity Management systems and support continuous improvement journeys
Perform Business Impact Analyses and define Business Continuity strategies and plans
Develop risk indicators and continuous monitoring dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI)
Create innovative tools/solutions (AI, Power Automate, Python) to aid Top Management decisions
Conduct megatrend analyses and projections for potential impacts
Analyze and develop Crisis Management solutions and regulatory adoption (DORA, NIS2, CER)
Manage risk of Artificial Intelligence solutions
Collaborate with other practices for integrated client solutions and lead delivery
Evolve the value proposition and lead the delivery team
Responsabilità   Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics
Proven experience in Risk Management
Excellent command of Microsoft 365
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and coaching mindset
Good commercial and business development skills
Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO
27001, ISO
22301) are a plus
