Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements, driving delivery in close collaboration with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.
You will play a key role in defining business value, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that product outcomes effectively address customer needs within financial and AI ecosystems.
A few examples of your responsibilities
Translate business needs into product requirements, turning strategic goals, customer needs, and internal priorities into clear functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories.
Define scope, priorities, and delivery expectations by managing the product backlog and ensuring initiatives are clearly structured before development starts.
Set clear acceptance criteria and delivery standards, aligning engineering, QA, and stakeholders on what success looks like.
Coordinate cross-functional execution, working closely with engineering, QA, design, and operations to keep delivery aligned with product goals.
Drive stakeholder alignment and communication, ensuring product decisions, requirements, and dependencies are clearly shared across teams.
Ensure business value and implementation fit, validating that solutions are not only technically feasible but also scalable, reusable, and aligned with product architecture.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management roles.
A degree is required; a background in Engineering, Economics, or related fields is strongly preferred.
Good conversational and professional proficiency in English.
Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, PRDs, and structured user stories for engineering teams.
Solid understanding of software delivery processes, including backlog preparation, sprint planning, grooming, and coordination between Product, Engineering, and QA.
Ability to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure that business requirements are converted into actionable development inputs.
Good knowledge of API-based products, integrations, and technical documentation, with the ability to work effectively on integration-heavy initiatives.
Familiarity with product and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and documentation practices used to manage requirements, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work with high-level architecture, platform components, and implementation constraints in order to align product scope with technical feasibility.
Knowledge of financial ecosystems (Core Banking, Issuing, Acquiring, Lending), Tokenization, AI, LLMs).
