Il nostro cliente è una realtà italiana operante nel settore travel & hospitality, parte di un gruppo strutturato, che sta investendo nel rafforzamento della propria Direzione ICT con un forte focus su infrastrutture, automazione e piattaforme innovative, incluse soluzioni AI self-hosted.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo
Entrerai nel team Infrastructure & Operations, a diretto riporto dell’Head of IT Infrastructure & Service Management. Ti occuperai della gestione e dell’evoluzione dell’infrastruttura IT, operando su ambienti Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365 e piattaforme ibride.
Avrai un ruolo attivo sia sul run operativo sia su progetti di automazione, workflow orchestration e gestione di piattaforme self-hosted e AI, contribuendo alla continuità dei servizi e alla standardizzazione dei processi.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
Esperienza di 7–10 anni in ambito Infrastructure/Operations
Ottima conoscenza di ambienti Windows Server e Linux
Esperienza su Microsoft 365 (Entra , Exchange, Teams, Intune)
Competenze su networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall – Fortinet preferibile)
Capacità di scripting (Power Shell, bash) e automazione
Esperienza con Docker e ambienti self-hosted
Capacità di troubleshooting avanzato e gestione autonoma di incident e change
Attitudine alla documentazione, alla standardizzazione e al miglioramento continuo
Costituiscono un plus: esperienza su Azure, strumenti di automazione (Ansible/Terraform), monitoring (Zabbix), workflow automation (n8n, Power Automate) e interesse per piattaforme AI self-hosted.
Cosa avrai in cambio
RAL indicativa tra 45.000 e 55.000, più bonus annuale fino ad una mensilità.
