Associate Engineering Manager - Business Domain

Experteer Overview  In this role you'll lead a 5–8 person engineering team to turn product and business goals into a reliable technical roadmap. You will collaborate across Product, Design, and other engineers to align priorities and standards, while hiring and developing talent and communicating progress to leadership. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex features in a fast-moving, regulated fintech environment, balancing speed with quality.

Responsabilità   5+ years in backend engineering
at least 2 years in a team lead or tech lead role managing a squad
strong command of distributed systems and API design
proven ability to own end-to-end delivery of complex features
clear and effective English communication with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
passion for fintech and financial products in a regulated, high-trust environment
