IT Business Analyst - Retail and Pos

You will join our  Retail & Point of Sales team  supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients in an international context.

Your Missions

Gather and document requirements  for retail and point of sales system enhancements and new features

Write and refine user stories and epics  for development teams

Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions

Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met

Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail business needs into technical specifications

Identify gaps in  existing retail and POS  functionalities and propose improvements

Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design

Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Your Profile

5-7 years  of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on  retail and point of sales projects

Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for retail and POS systems

Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases

Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects within the retail sector

Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent

English and Italian fluent

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
