Global Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence - BU High Voltage

Overview Experteer Overview As the BU DAAI Lead, you will define and drive the Data, Analytics, and AI strategy for the High Voltage BU, aligning with the enterprise DAAI program and business objectives. You will partner with AI Nexus and the Digital Transformation Organization to accelerate adoption, governance, and value realization. You will lead change, capability building, and cross functional collaboration to scale data driven AI solutions while upholding data ethics and governance.

This role sits at the intersection of BU leadership and enterprise DAAI, shaping how AI creates measurable impact.

Responsibilities Define and drive BU DAAI strategy aligned with enterprise objectives

Identify, consolidate, and prioritize AI opportunities across BU and functions using governance framework

Translate business requirements into AI use cases with defined value hypotheses

Develop and manage BU AI portfolio and end-to-end roadmap

Govern AI lifecycle from ideation to scale‑up via enterprise governance

Establish data, analytics, and AI governance, privacy, and ethical standards

Steward BU data assets for quality, availability, harmonization, and compliance

Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver AI initiatives with measurable impact

Own AI initiative budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking

Build relationships with business leaders and DAAI stakeholders, communicating strategy and value

Lead change, capability building, and people development in Data, Analytics, and AIQualifications / Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Minimum 8-10 years in digital, data, analytics, and/or AI roles with senior leadership responsibility in BPM or program implementation

Experience with SAP, Windchill, or Salesforce Ability to translate strategic objectives into data/AI-enabled value

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across levels

Proven ability to influence and motivate teams to adopt new processes and achieve global harmonization
