Responsabilità8–10 years of experience in a leading consulting firm with exposure to digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives

Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications

Deep expertise in Financial Services processes, pain points, and value drivers

Experience in data analysis and data strategy, including data governance and ethical AI considerations

Ability to translate AI trends and market developments into business opportunities

Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight

Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills

Foundational knowledge of data/AI tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
