Configure the APM module of Octave Attune and bring predictive maintenance to a major refinery.
You will deliver the APM-side activities: real-time asset-health monitoring, asset strategies operationalizing the RCM/FMECA outputs, predictive-analytics setup and asset-risk ranking.
Configure real-time health monitoring from sensor/IoT and historian data (vibration, temperature, pressure)
• Build predictive analytics (statistical, rules-based and AI/ML) for early anomaly detection and proactive alerts
• Configure asset-risk ranking to prioritize maintenance and inspection
• Support condition-based policy design (vibration, IR thermography, oil analysis, MCSA, P-F intervals, thresholds)
Degree in Engineering, Data Science or related fields
• 5+ years in APM, condition monitoring or predictive maintenance
• Experience with process/historian data and predictive models
• Standards: ISO 14224;
Tools:
Hexagon APM (Octave Attune), PI System / historian, data-science & ML tools (e.g. Python)
Specific experience with Hexagon APM / Octave Attune
• Machine-learning applied to predictive maintenance
