We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to guide the largest and most complex Italian customers on their multi‑year journey to the cloud. In this highly visible role, you will ensure that all AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
Responsibilities As an AWS Customer Solutions Manager you will be responsible for:
Helping guide the customer through operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.
Interfacing with AWS customers and leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services), product/engineering teams and customer teams, and planning and supporting major workload migrations.
Translating strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from the customer’s key milestones.
Executing education plans, roadmaps to business outcome alignments, executive briefing sessions, and go‑live events and transitions.
Evangelizing AWS services and influencing customers in adopting them.
Basic Qualifications Experience leading complex, large‑scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs.
Experience in a customer‑facing role.
Great written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver information to C‑suite/VP level.
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
Exemplary communication skills at both executive and project‑team level.
Peer‑leader experience and ability to gain stakeholder buy‑in, negotiate and lead virtual teams.
Enterprise experience and operational excellence influencing team decisions and driving secure, robust solutions.
Preferred Qualifications Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
Robust understanding of key technology and market trends.
AWS Solution Architect Associate certification.
