Experteer Overview In this role you will present Workday’s AI‑driven HCM solutions to prospective customers, shaping the Future of Work through interactive demonstrations. You will analyze client environments, articulate a compelling vision, and show how Workday’s AI platform reduces complexity and boosts efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build a strong business case and address objections with confidence. This is a chance to drive digital transformation for top organizations while advancing your expertise in AI, ML, and enterprise software.

Demonstrate how Workday’s AI Platform for HR solves business challenges and increases operational efficiency

Lead with innovation to deliver measurable customer outcomes

Conduct discovery and strategy to tailor demonstrations highlighting ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in HRPrepare and present advanced demonstrations of the full HCM suite and handle objections

Promote the business value of Workday’s Trustworthy AI and its impact on decision‑making and security

Collaborate with Account Executives, Value Managers, and Service Executives to build the transformation case

Stay informed about Workday’s latest acquisitions and AI roadmap to compete effectively in the Spanish market

Responsabilità3–4 years of Pre‑Sales / Sales Consulting experience (SaaS or AI platforms)
Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management Strong AI/tech savvy with understanding of ML, agents, generative AI in enterprise environments

Excellent communication in Italian and English (verbal and written) and ability to simplify complex concepts for C‑Level audiences

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple sales cycles, and adapt to new product features and acquisitions

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
