As a Field Support Engineer, you install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex automation systems onsite for Rockwell Automation’s customers. You act as the technical liaison to ensure high operational quality and exceptional service delivery. You will train customers, document findings, and collaborate with internal teams to enable project success. The role supports Iberia & Israel Services with a hybrid setup based in Rome or Milan, offering meaningful impact in industrial automation.

Travel up to 60% to customer sites
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
2+ years in field service or technical support
Developing professional expertise applying company policies to resolve issues
Ability to travel 60%
Valid driver's license
