Role Overview The UX Design team is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff. As a UX/UI Designer, you will help shape the user experience and develop design solutions that align with the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities Analyse existing customer journeys and define desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation.
Design user interfaces and create wireframes.
Ensure accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines.
Manage the corporate design system.
Collaborate with development teams.
Perform design quality assurance (QA).
Work cross‑functionally with all project stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills Excellent command of Figma , including structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems.
Proven experience designing information architectures and complex user flows within large‑scale digital ecosystems.
Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi‑independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional Technical Skills Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors.
Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front‑end development teams.
Education High‑school diploma.
Desired Qualities Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Team spirit and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in structured and cross‑functional environments.
