In this senior role, you will help shape and execute the AI and Digital Health strategy across key brands and customer journeys, translating business needs into deployable solutions and integrating them into omnichannel ecosystems. Your leadership will convert prioritized use cases into outcomes that matter: better experiences, faster decisions, stronger performance and compliant‑by‑design operations. You will align squads around clear goals, standardize data for unified measurement, and coach teams to build AI fluency—accelerating how medicines reach people who need them.

Accountabilities

Roadmap Co‑Leadership:
Co‑lead the execution of the AI and Digital Health roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals;

Use Case Delivery:
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of prioritized AI and Digital Health use cases, from ideation through pilot to scale;

Business Translation:
Translate business needs into AI‑ and Digital Health‑enabled solutions, coordinating with data scientists, IT and external partners to deliver value;

Customer Journey Integration:
Drive integration of AI and Digital Health solutions (medical devices, DTx and more) into key customer journeys and omnichannel ecosystems;

Digital Asset Governance:
Supervise governance of digital assets (websites, apps, social, platforms) to ensure performance, UX, accessibility and brand consistency;

Data Standardisation:
Enable standardisation of data models across web, social and CRM for unified measurement, reporting and optimisation;

Personalisation Enablement:
Support implementation of personalisation strategies across CRM and digital platforms to increase relevance and outcomes;

Cross‑Functional Squad Leadership:
Lead squads spanning Marketing, Medical, Market Access, External Communications, IT and Customer Engagement, driving execution excellence;

Performance Management:
Monitor initiative performance via KPIs, dashboards and ROI tracking, and act decisively on insights;

Capability Building:
Coach and mentor Managers and Designers, fostering AI fluency and digital capabilities across the team;

Global

Collaboration:

Serve as a key interface with global teams, localising solutions and sharing best practices to scale what works;

Compliance‑by‑Design:
Ensure compliance‑by‑design across all initiatives (AI Act, GDPR, MDR) in close partnership with Legal, Compliance and Medical.

Essential Skills/Experience

5–8+ years of experience in Digital, Digital Marketing, AI or Digital Health roles in regulated industries;

Proven track record in delivering digital/AI projects at scale;

Proven track record in developing web and social media projects, SEO & GEO strategy, digital media buying;

Strong understanding of ecosystem such as CRM, CMS, new channels, analytics, personalization tools;

Experience working with AI use cases (LLMs, RAG, automation, AI agents, classification, recommendation systems);

Ability to identify and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases and build business cases (ROI‑driven);

Solid knowledge of data governance, privacy and compliance;

Strong program management and stakeholder management skills;

Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors;

AI translation capability;

Execution excellence and delivery mindset;

Stakeholder influence and alignment;

Data‑driven decision making;

Coaching and team development;

Fluent in Italian and English;

Desirable Skills/Experience

Advanced Degree (MBA);

Agile working certification (PSM, PSPO, etc.);

Experience in scaling digital & AI solutions across markets, business units or geographies;

Human center design experience;

Familiarity with advanced AI topics such as model evaluation, guardrails, explainability and bias mitigation;

Passionate about continuous learning in the AI field, with an entrepreneurial approach to innovation and problem-solving;
