Compliance Expert Data Analyst

Experteer Overview  In this role you will build the analytics foundations for compliance at Qonto, overseeing KYC/KYB funnel monitoring and remediation campaigns. You will own end-to-end data infrastructure and enable cross‑functional teams with self‑service analytics. You will transform regulatory questions into actionable insights and track financial exposure across remediation efforts. You will work in a greenfield, high‑impact area with senior stakeholders, leveraging AI‑native tooling to accelerate decisions.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Build and own the data infrastructure for compliance monitoring from onboarding analytics to remediation exposure.
Develop end‑to‑end data transformations with dbt for trusted metrics.
Convert regulatory questions into self‑service analytical assets for product, ops, risk, and internal control.
Own KYC/KYB funnel analytics end‑to‑end, including refusal reasons and lead‑time distributions.
Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure across MRR secured, at risk, or lost.
Responsabilità   Experience in a compliance or regulated environment with KYC/KYB, AML, or remediation processes.
Self‑service mindset with dashboards/models for end‑users at multiple levels.
Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management and prioritization.
Solid SQL and data modeling skills; end‑to‑end data pipelines and data quality enforcement.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics;
English fluency.
