Job Description
Leonardo, an international industrial group in Aerospace, Defense and Security, is looking for a Cyber Security Service Manager for its Genoa Fiumara office, with the possibility of employment also at the Rome Laurentina and Milan Nerviano offices.
Responsibilities
Supervise the provision of managed (MSS) and non‑managed services to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and drive continual service improvement.
Act as the main interface with the Customer and coordinate Leonardo’s technical verticals assigned to service delivery.
Organise and conduct periodic service reviews with customers, presenting progress, managing critical issues and proposing solutions or technology/process improvements.
Coordinate escalations for serious incidents or changes that may impact service delivery.
Act as Service On‑boarding Manager during the onboarding phase, governance of activities and collection of information required for the activation of security services.
Draft and continuously update relevant deliverables.
Qualifications
Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent.
Expert/Senior level with at least 3 years experience in Cyber Security and/or Security Service Manager or Management roles.
Experience in technical working groups in cyber security service delivery is a plus.
Technical and IT knowledge and skills
Ability to conduct cyber security projects in multidisciplinary and multi‑service contexts.
Ability to draft documentation to support operational verticals.
Responsibility and management capacity for heterogeneous functional working groups, local and remote.
Knowledge of SOC services and Digital Center (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc.).
Knowledge of startup phases of managed services provided by a SOC.
Knowledge of technical parameters that characterize each SOC service.
Knowledge of main attack vectors and phases of an ATP‑type attack.
Knowledge of NIST frameworks and their mapping with SOC/Digital Center services.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Knowledge of core cyber security technologies: WAF, proxy, anti‑spam, firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR.
