Position: AI & Automation Specialist (gn)
Experteer Overview  In this role you will drive AI-powered transformation by designing and delivering automation using Power Automate and Copilot solutions. You will partner with business and tech teams to identify opportunities, build scalable automation, and promote adoption of Copilot and Power Platform across the organization. You’ll operate in an international environment, helping streamline processes and boost productivity through low-code and AI-enabled approaches.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on digital transformation.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Design, develop, and implement automation using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
Build and manage Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) for business use cases
Support development teams in adopting Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted coding practices
Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
Define governance, security, and best practices for Copilot and Power Platform usage
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
Deliver training and enablement for end users and technical teams
Monitor performance, adoption, and cost of implemented solutions
Responsabilità   Hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and at least one of Git Hub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot
Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services
Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD practices
Understanding business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, and operations, with experience identifying automation opportunities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international, cross-functional environments
Nice-to-have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform governance, security and compliance, enterprise-scale automation or AI adoption programs
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, or similar) will be a plus
