We are looking for a  Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design (m/f/d)  to define and drive the future of AI-powered customer experiences across Telekom's digital ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership, UX excellence, AI innovation and cross-functional influence to shape products that are intelligent, responsible and deeply human.

What You'll Do
As  Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design , you will define the strategic vision for AI-driven customer experiences while leading design excellence across multiple products and initiatives.

You will:

• Define the long-term UX vision and AI experience strategy for customer-facing products.

• Lead the design of next-generation AI-powered experiences across conversational AI, generative AI, automation and intelligent assistance.

• Shape human-AI interaction frameworks that ensure transparency, trust, explainability and responsible AI adoption.

• Drive UX strategy from discovery through delivery, ensuring customer value and business outcomes.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and AI specialists.

• Establish design principles, governance and best practices for AI-powered products.

• Champion experimentation through rapid prototyping, AI model exploration and iterative validation.

• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, accessible and delightful user experiences.

• Influence executive stakeholders through design strategy, vision presentations and data-driven decision making.

• Foster a high-performing design culture by coaching, mentoring and developing designers and design leaders.

• Drive Design System evolution to support emerging AI interaction patterns and multimodal experiences.

• Stay at the forefront of AI, UX and emerging technologies, bringing external innovation into Telekom.

Your Skills
You combine strategic leadership with outstanding design craftsmanship and deep expertise in AI-powered experiences.

Design Leadership

• Proven ability to define UX vision and design strategy for complex digital ecosystems.

• Experience building and leading high-performing design teams.

• Strong stakeholder management at senior executive level.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.

• Hands-on experience working with AI models, APIs and rapid AI prototyping.

• Strong understanding of AI limitations, evaluation methods, trust, safety and explainability.
